About This Course

The first step in spiritual discovery is seeing the blockages in our lives, understanding our chaos, how you—and only you—create your reality. Step two is doing the work to remove what The Zohar calls klipot (shells of negativity). These klipot distort what you see and are usually created by your own ego. Removing klipot is the life-long work of the kabbalist. Join Eitan as he provides powerful ancient methods for reducing the stranglehold these negative shells have on us and how we can become empowered to become the best "you" you can possibly be. In POK 2 You will learn: Ancient kabbalistic methods for removing blockages and negativity known as klipot; The five extensions of the ego, as taught by the 16th century kabbalist Rav Isaac Luria (the Ari); To identify how your most repetitive, negative behaviors are attached to egoHow to jump into the "now" and create change instantly; To see cause and effect more clearly, and use it to create a better reality for yourself; To avoid self-sabotaging behavior once you shift into the new “you.”
