Kabbalah teaches that true wellness involves three aspects: the mind, body, and soul. When we infuse spiritual methods into our healthy practices—which often focus on just the mind and body—we can begin to understand how connecting to the energy of the cosmos helps us be in better tune with all aspects of our being. Join us for an experiential workshop as we delve into a variety of healing tools and support systems, such as the 72 Names of God and the tonal use of crystal bowls. As you are guided throughout the workshop, you will discover different techniques to unlock a restorative catharsis and potentially release negative emotions. Please wear comfortable clothes.
