Shabbat, the kabbalists teach, is the most powerful day of the week – a time when the spiritual and physical worlds are united. Each Shabbat gives us the opportunity to transform our reality using specific prayers and food to connect to the available cosmic energy. On Shabbat, we can elevate to a higher realm of consciousness and recharge our batteries for the week to come.

This is a fundraising event and all income will support the activities of The Kabbalah Centre.
