Hi Everyone! Let’s examine our weekly plan of attack! Where are the stars guiding us this week?

As you may have guessed, one important aspect of this time is the famous planet Mercury, who, once in a while, plays mischievous tricks on our communication and technology! Well, this week we need to be prepared for one of these pranks, especially as the chart opens up with the moon located precisely in Virgo. A real correction (tikun) for all of us! Virgo is about thoroughness, organization, responsibilities. Mercury, the ruler of this very sign, is simply creating unpredictable obstacles, making the Virgo aspect in all of us really, really grumpy!

So, we may ask, why do we need to be tortured this way? What is our lesson here?

The first key word is definitely tolerance! Surprisingly, this week’s chart contains four planets in compassionate Pisces, all aligned in the 7th house--the house of partnerships and associations! This is a week to take a deep breath and without any Virgo judgment accept all delays and other people's lack of responsibility, as well as a certain heaviness (the chart contains six earth planets) with love, lightness, and compassion.

It’s about seeing the big piece of wood stuck in our eye, and not the dust in someone else's! The cosmos has a great sense of humor; the minute we criticize someone about their actions, the universe will always put us in the exact same situation sooner or later. Who wants to undergo this kind of test, which, by the way, we ALWAYS fail? Placed in an identical situation, 90% of the time, we will respond the exact same way as our fellow man, simply because when our nose is stuck in our plate, we cannot see the bigger picture.

We are always smarter when it comes to other people...

But truly, the biggest gift this week is much more powerful: we are given the ability to time travel. What's the meaning of that? Today, there are things that, with the knowledge and wisdom we have gained, we would have done very, very differently in our lives. Therefore, the cosmos is giving us an important homework assignment that we need to accomplish precisely as Mercury is in retrograde motion.

First, we are to recall a certain event or time in our past, which we are dissatisfied with or even sad about. Since retrograde Mercury gives us the gift of time travel, we need to go back there and dig through our memory as closely as we can. This is made possible by the moon in Virgo. Having reviewed this instance we ask ourselves, “What else could have been done about this situation?”, allowing thoughts and ideas to freely inspire us. Then, we should simply let ourselves flow in an alternate universe where the outcome may have been slightly different.

We know from the very wise kabbalists – including our beloved teacher Rav Berg – that our thoughts are where we really are. Going back to a memory will eventually enable us to find ourselves in a more elevated and consciousness-filled place. The south node of the moon is in fiery Aries this week and conjunct with planet Uranus, the planet of revolutions and changes. Now is the time for a new beginning.

I encourage everybody to reach out and inject kindness into your community, wisely using all the compassionate Pisces planets in this week’s cosmos. Due to the tricky placement of Uranus in the 8th house, we should also meditate on ending conflicts and bloodshed all around the world. It’s the butterfly effect: we can alter everything with very small actions.

Have a beautiful week!

Love,

Yael
