Lesson Highlights

  • Keeping the Tetragrammaton in our consciousness all of the time
  • Meditating on the reverse order of the Tetragrammaton for removing judgment
  • The human body is based on the Tetragrammaton:
    • The head is represented by the Hebrew letter Yud
    • The right hand is represented by the first Hei
    • The body is represented by the Vav
    • The left hand is represented by the final Hei
  • Doing something physical with the body: putting our head between our legs or bowing our head during the Amidah prayer
  • The four letters of the Tetragrammaton represent the four foundational elements of life: love, awe, consciousness and action
  • Elevating the power of our soul to lead the body

Lesson Description

Join Michael as he reveals three ways in which we can use and meditate on the Tetragrammaton, the most powerful Name, for accessing miracles and removing judgment from our lives and the world.
