Kabbalists teach us that Rosh Hashanah is the 48 hours of the year when it is in our hands to change destiny, not metaphorically, not just spiritually, not just for ourselves and our loved ones, but for the world. We are taught that to accomplish peace, harmony, human dignity, sustenance, and wellbeing for all humanity, all that is required is the strength of a united group of people fortified with consciousness and a Shofar.
