    • Rosh Hashanah through Yom Kippur: Left Column energy of Judgment
    • The day after Yom Kippur through the end of Sukkot: Right Column energy of Mercy
    • Simchat Torah: Central Column energy of manifesting the Light and sealing our final destiny for the coming year
  • Rosh Hashanah: birth of desire to receive and being willing to let go
  • Cancellation of the vows: removing judgment
  • Seven days after Rosh Hashanah: DNA of the year and going the extra mile
  • Yom Kippur: connecting in a realm of pure mercy for 25 hours
  • Five Restrictions: letting go of physicality and grounding
    • No eating and drinking
    • No sex
    • No washing our body
    • No perfumes
    • No leather shoes
  • Kol Nidre: opening the gates to change our destiny
  • Five major prayers and spiritual meals in the realm of Binah: excitement, energy and joy
    • Arvit: Malchut of Binah consciousness
    • Shacharit: Zeir Anpin of Binah consciousness
    • Musaf: Chochmah of Binah consciousness
    • Minchah: Binah of Binah consciousness
    • Neilah: Keter of Binah consciousness and the highest level
  • The scapegoat: separating our negative traits from our positive qualities
  • Minchah: connecting with abundance and prosperity and assuming responsibility
  • Neilah: locking the Opponent out of our life
