This week we can experience the growing and evolving energy of the sign of Taurus. The sun ends its cycle in the sign of Aries on April 20th, then enters into the sign of Taurus. It joins a few existing cosmic forces: Uranus and Mercury in Taurus and the North Node, as well.
Taurus is known to be blessed with the gift of healing. Since the North Node is currently in Taurus (until July 22nd), we are all encouraged to access the spiritual gifts of this sign. It's a time to awaken harmony and synchronicity in all aspects of our lives—body, mind, and spirit. Think about how you can help others around you achieve this inner calm and connection, too.
The lesson this time of the year is in finding calm in the midst of the storm. No matter what we are experiencing in our lives at the moment—what turmoil or ups and downs are showing up—this is the week when we have the potential to connect to a very therapeutic energy of balance, strength, certainty, and calm. In most cases, cosmic opportunities and challenges show up simultaneously, and the secret to success is rising and transforming the challenge.
As soon as the sun enters Taurus this week, it also creates a challenging aspect with Pluto, which just recently entered the sign of Aquarius. This challenging aspect might throw us off a bit, and we may feel an instant desire to be left alone or resist connection to others. There are all sorts of emotions that may try to creep in and disturb the sense of unity and connection we have with others.
In the last few days of the week, hold on to Karen's message, and be mindful of your words. Let's use words as a tool only to bring union and healing to ourselves and others. Avoid the temptation to destroy or communicate in an insensitive manner. Remember: this month, the energy of healing is activated. Our actions and our words are the most powerful tools to awaken this force.
