Born and raised in Israel, Lital was exposed to the teachings of Kabbalah at a young age. Though she found the wisdom intriguing as she grew up, she was curious about what other ideas were out there and studied Shiatsu, body-mind balancing, dance, and pilates instruction at Ridman College in Tel Aviv, to become an instructor. She went on to work as a Shiatsu practitioner in several hospitals and clinics, as well as a pilates instructor in various studios. During these years, Lital was still studying Kabbalah and keeping an active role at the Centre. One day, she realized her spiritual path was through Kabbalah and got more involved with the Centre, officially becoming a teacher in 2018.
Lital loves to share helpful kabbalistic insights with her students and watch as they apply the teachings and tangibly improve their lives. She is passionate about the topics she teaches, yet still ensures her classes are practical, effective, and relatable. Lital is also an authority on holistic and Chinese medicines, which she feels can give her students a broader perspective that only adds to their spiritual journey. She hopes to reach as many people as possible with the transformative power of Kabbalah and is excited to create more classes and collaborate with different teachers in future courses and events. Lital lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
