Lesson Description

Especially in the time of COVID-19 it is really important to stop and ask ourselves what we appreciate, what we are grateful for and what has inspired us. What inspires one person is a little different than what inspires others. We can be inspired by beauty, kindness, and love, but we can also be inspired by things that make us sad, by darkness... which in turn can make us feel deep gratitude through all of our being. Great art is made out of times of darkness for example. We can ask ourselves: What inspires me and what am I connecting my desire to?
