Sometimes we need to attract a miracle, which is outside nature. The only way we can do this is through self-sacrifice. When we overcome ourselves, this force rises and tears all the veils, and no power among the higher and lower worlds is able to stop us or prevent anything we ask for. Our prayer will be answered in full.

99% of the time we pray and feel nothing. But it doesn’t mean our prayers aren’t being heard, and answered.

Your prayers are answered much faster when they are on behalf of others. You never know who's counting on you today.

We don't pray to God, we pray to reveal the Light of God that is already within us.

Problems Not Problems

A student goes running to his teacher to complain about his dire poverty.  The teacher says, “Not a problem.  Just pray to God.”

“But I don’t know how to pray,” the students answers.

“Well, now you really have a problem!”

Our problems are not problems. The real problem is when we cannot connect to God.

Gates of Your Dreams

When you tune people out, the Creator tunes your prayers out..

Today, empathize with people. See them in you. Create this much opening of your heart and the gates of your dreams will open this much wider for you.

Sometimes we can feel it in our bones; we know without a doubt that God is right here with us. Other times we feel alone, but this is never the truth. It’s in these instances that God is waiting for us to reach out our hand. He wants to help us. Remember that all we have to do is ask.

I know some of us may be looking back now, wondering if we prayed the “right” way, and had the “best" consciousness during the year-defining days of Libra.  

Even I turned to my son Michael at one point during the intense Yom Kippur prayers in Washington D.C., and said, “I’m an American, half the time when I say the prayers in Hebrew or Aramaic, I’m not sure I’m getting them right. Sometimes I wonder if I should just not say them at all, and speak my own words, and try to connect to my Creator in my way?

If I’m praying, but not saying the words right, am I really connecting?”
