New Youth Guidance Service Now Available

The most powerful gift we can give children and teens are the tools to navigate their unique path and the support to accomplish anything they desire. The Kabbalah Centre Youth Program now offers Youth Guidance Services to empower children and teens to grow in alignment with their soul's purpose.

Kabbalists teach that a connection to one's soul is the seed of all happiness and fulfillment, yet most human beings don't know how to live in alignment with it. When we're disconnected from our souls, we may connect with temporary moments of pleasure, but the long-term, consistent sense of peace and joy we all seek is out of reach.

Kabbalah teaches that it is essential every young person understand the true power residing within them in order to thrive. Through the new Youth Guidance Service, we partner with parents and children to help build self-confidence and self-trust as kids and teens begin to discover that everything they need to succeed is already within them.

These tools are need now more than ever, with US teenagers reporting the highest levels of sadness ever recorded. This mental-health crisis isn't relegated only to the US, it's an unfortunate global trend. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports around 20% of the world's children and adolescents have a mental health condition, with suicide the second leading cause of death among 15-29-year-olds.

Through the Youth Guidance Service, the expert support provided will help any child or teen thrive in their spiritual development. Best suited for 11-18 year olds, this completely personalized guidance service covers a variety of topics, designed and offered by our Kabbalah teachers who bring years of experience specializing in working with youth.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

• Basic Kabbalah principles
• Basic & advanced Bar/Bat Mitzvah prep
• Kabbalistic Torah lifestyle education
• Self-esteem & interpersonal skills building
• Personalized Kabbalah teachings for adolescents

Upon booking a session, parents first complete a free consultation with our Youth Guidance Service Coordinator, Elisheva Balas, who works with parents one-on-one to tailor the session to their family and teen's or child's goals. This will ensure they have the most suitable curriculum specific to their needs, lifestyle, and desires.
