Early bird off cut off date is March 14th.
The 15% discount will only be offered until this date.
The Payment plan this year is ½ payment on the day you register
and ½ payment on March 15th.
Payment Plan Policy: Payment plans are designed for credit card payments ONLY. You must use one credit card for ALL payment dates. A $50 charge will apply to all registrations with a payment plan. If you selected payment plan please note that suites cannot be guaranteed, nor can lodging reservations at the primary hotel. Hotel reservations will be submitted after final payment on March 15th . Special lodging requested will be based on availability at the time the reservation is submitted.
Money Orders
Those paying with a money order must attached the actual money order to the registration form, and mail both to:

Wire Transfers
Those paying by wire transfer must wire the money FIRST, then fax in their registration form with a copy of the wire transfer (fax to 303-530-2691).
