-- Cancellation Policy

Full refund, less $100 processing fee, through August 16, 2012, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after that date. All refund requests must be made in writing and faxed to 303-530-2691.

Registration, lodging and seating will only be confirmed when attendee is fully paid (Subject to availability)

-- Monthly Payment Plan

The payment plan is designed for credit card payments ONLY. Only one credit card may be used. Those participating in the payment plan will be charged a $50 fee. Your payments will be due on the day you register, then monthly with the final payment due on September 1st. Example: If you register in June, you will be charged ¼ on the day you register, ¼ on July 1st, ¼ on August 1st and ¼ on September 1st.
