The Bible says the whole world had one language until the Tower of Babel was constructed.  But then God confused language so groups of people could no longer understand one another.  That’s where the word babble comes from.

The secret to really hearing someone is unity.  Letting go of our agenda, and feeling the other person’s needs, allows us to hear truth between the lines.
