Sometimes in our spiritual work we feel like we are working and working but not getting anywhere.  We have to know with certainty that even though we don’t feel it, the earth is still moving.  Even though we don’t see it right away, our changes create a shift.

As long as you’re on the path, you are making progress, even though you may not feel the movement.   The work keeps on going whether you feel it or not.  As long as you stick with it, you’ll be given opportunities to grow.
