When you get deep into Kabbalah you begin to understand giving is getting.  This consciousness seeps into everything you do and you find yourself trying to help people.

The instinct to help is good, but we need to learn how to help others without burning them out.  If a person is not ready to hear what you have to tell them, you can burn them out.
