Playing Russian Roulette

Giving advice is a huge responsibility, and sometimes the wrong direction can send someone way off course, if not over the cliff.  When you’re someone who cares, how can you be sure your guidance will help - not hurt - people?
 
Feel responsible for the people connected to you – even if they’re not your ideal.  Flipping that switch gives you access to the right information, for everyone.  Otherwise, you’re just playing Russian roulette, with someone else’s life.
 
Today, get to the point where you feel that the other person, is you.
