Seeing our flaws is essential for us to grow spiritually.  But if we only judge ourselves, it will lead us to forget the Light of the Creator is with us, and to disconnecting from our goal.

Imagine if athletes got depressed every time their coach told them what they needed to improve.  They would never reach their personal best.  

As long as we are alive, the force of the Creator believes in us and will push us to become our best by showing us what we need to change.
