Lost Baggage
January 1st, 2012
Each of us comes to this world with baggage from previous lifetimes. This baggage contains all the situations where we short-circuited in our last lives, or at some forgotten point in this life. Each time we choose proactive over reactive behavior, we correct these mistakes and lose our baggage. That’s when things really start to get fulfilling. There’s an easy way to identify what you personally came to correct: Whatever is painfully uncomfortable for you is part of your correction. All the people who truly bother and annoy you, they are part of it. If you find it difficult to say no, that’s part of it. If you are embarrassed to express your feelings, that’s part of it. With this understanding, we can no longer be victims, because all difficulties are here to call down the everlasting Light of fulfillment into our lives. But first, there is a situation demanding to be corrected.
