We probably have many false Gods in our lives: beauty, money, comfort, approval, etc. These things are all meant to be appreciated, but nothing is more important than the soul which you have been given. Anything that causes us to lose sight of this is a false idol.

When we remove idol worship from our lives, we remove separation between us and the Light.
