Often we ask, “Why did God do this to me?” The answer is, to take us to a higher spiritual level. We can’t always see this at the moment. But we can have the strength to say, “Someday I will look back and I will know why. So now I will accept the discomfort.” There is a reason for everything, and we must understand that whatever happens to us at any given time, is the best thing that could happen at that moment. God only does good. Although the reasons might not be clear to us at the time, the events of our lives take place only because we need them to help us move forward on the path.
