One way to remove our limitations – our blockages between ourselves and the Light – is to identify what we want to change and then go to the opposite extreme for a week.
If you tend to be a procrastinator when it comes to doing errands, then every day for the next week get up early and get things done. If you tend to be the kind of person who always waits for your partner or friends to plan what you’re doing on a weekend, make a plan now and execute that plan.
You may not like this much at first. In fact, you may not feel great in the process. But at the end of the week, you’ll feel accomplished and you will have started to create a constructive pattern for yourself.
